Open your coach console

Sign in, open Training → Coach and press Become a coach. Your console opens right away: your teams, the week you prescribe, and what each rider actually rode, on one screen. No application, and nothing to pay to get started.

What you get

Teams and weekly plansGroup riders by category and prescribe a week at a time — repeat it across two or four weeks in one action.

Compliance, not guessworkEvery prescribed session is scored against what the rider actually rode: ridden, partial or missed.

How it feltRiders rate effort after each session and can talk to you in a thread attached to that session.

A four-week calendarBoth sides see the same month. Click a day to prescribe; your rider clicks it to start.

A directory listingOpt in and riders can find you — headline, specialties, languages, and your rating.

Their data stays theirsA rider’s training reaches you only after they walk through a consent screen. They can revoke it at any time.

How ratings work

A rating you cannot farm is worth more than a rating you can.

Earned only — a rider can only review you after 28 days coached or 8 sessions ridden. No drive-by reviews.
Three before it shows — your score stays hidden until three riders have reviewed you, so one glowing review crowns nobody.
One per relationship — not one per session, and it can be edited but never duplicated.
You get a reply — one public response per review — the last word is shared, not yours alone.

Starting out

1Create a free account, open Training → Coach and press Become a coach.
2Create a team and invite your riders by email or link.
3Prescribe the week. Check the roster on Monday.
