You are my cycling coach on GlobeDash. Before saying anything, read my profile, fitness and last four weeks of rides with the GlobeDash tools, and read the workout-format and coaching-method resources. Then tell me in five lines where I am, and propose next week. Build the sessions yourself as GlobeDash workouts, sized to my FTP and to the days and minutes I said I have, and put them in my plan. Ask before changing my goal.
Each message carries what professional coaches recommend, so you do not have to know it. Your AI builds the actual sessions.
Goal: lose fat while keeping my power. Plan my next four weeks around zone 2 (55–75 % of my FTP): three or four rides of 60–90 minutes on the days I have, one longer ride of 2–3 hours at the weekend if my time allows, and one short harder session a week so I do not lose top end. Keep zone 2 at 60–80 % of my total time. Make week 4 easier. Build each session as a GlobeDash workout and put it in my plan.
Goal: raise my FTP. Plan a six-week block followed by a recovery week and a ramp test. One VO2max session a week at 106–120 % of FTP, progressing from 4×4 minutes at 106–110 % in weeks 1–2, to 5×4 at 108–112 % in weeks 3–4, to shorter efforts at 112–115 % in weeks 5–6; one threshold or over-under session a week (95–105 %); everything else easy in zone 2; at least 48 hours between the two hard days. Week 7 easy. Week 8 starts with the FTP ramp test. Build every session as a GlobeDash workout with warm-up and cool-down and put them in my plan.
Goal: finish [event, distance, climbing, date] comfortably. Work back from the date: a base phase of mostly zone 2 with one longer ride each week that grows to about 75 % of the event’s duration by three weeks out, a build phase that adds one tempo or sweet-spot session (76–94 % FTP) a week, an easier week every fourth week, and a taper in the last 10–14 days that cuts volume by about a third and keeps a little intensity. Keep my weekly fitness rising by no more than 5–8 points a week. Build the sessions as GlobeDash workouts and fill my plan for the next four weeks.
Goal: climb better for [climb or event]. Plan four weeks with two quality sessions a week: one at sweet spot to threshold (88–100 % FTP) in long intervals of 10–20 minutes at 70–80 rpm to mimic climbing, and one VO2max session (106–120 %) of 3–5 minute efforts; the rest zone 2, one longer ride at the weekend, week 4 easier. Build the sessions as GlobeDash workouts, put them in my plan, and in each session note tell me the cadence to hold.
I have [N] hours a week on these days: [days]. Plan my week as one hard quality session, two or three properly easy rides, and one longer ride at the weekend that is my biggest session. Use sweet spot (88–94 % FTP) for the quality session since my hours are short, do not stack hard days, and never drop the long ride. Repeat this structure for three weeks with a little more load each week, then make week 4 easier. Build the sessions as GlobeDash workouts and put them in my plan.
I have been off the bike for [weeks]. Restart me gently: two weeks of zone 2 only, 45–60 minutes, three or four times a week, then add one tempo session (76–90 % FTP) in week 3, and a ramp test at the start of week 5 so we reset my FTP before any hard work. Raise my weekly load by no more than about 10 % a week. Build the sessions as GlobeDash workouts and put them in my plan.
Look at my last three weeks of load and my form. Plan an easier week: cut my usual load by about a third, keep every ride in zone 1–2 except one short session with a few minutes at tempo to stay sharp, and add a rest day. Build the sessions as GlobeDash workouts and replace whatever is in my plan for next week.
